Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, providing that you return the item(s) in the same condition as received, i.e. not washed, worn or damaged, and are of standard sizing only (no custom alterations to sizing were made). The customer is responsible for covering postage costs for returns due to change of mind.

 

In the unlikely event that any items in your order arrive damaged/faulty, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and state the issue. Items must then be posted back to us via a tracked service within 14 days in the condition you received it in (not washed or worn). In this instance, we will cover the postage cost.

 

Please send clear photographs if there are any issues or damage to your items to wombatandrosehandmade@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

In this instance we will offer to rectify the issue or offer a full refund, minus any postage costs paid.

All pre-order items will be made from either French Terry (300gsm) or Organic Cotton Jersey (250gsm).

 

Organic French Terry (280gsm) can be ordered upon request - please leave a note in the request box.

 

Organic Cotton Jersey fabric  is a soft, breathable, and stretchy knit material known for its comfort and versatility. It is ideal for t-shirts, leggings, and dresses, as well as many other items of children's wear.

 

French Terry has a looped, towel-like interior that provides added warmth for chillier days. It is ideal for loungewear items, such as jumpers, hoodies and joggers, or slightly cosier dresses/dungarees.

Please refer to size chart when selecting which size to order. If your child is between sizes, I would always recommend sizing up.

If your child's measurements vary greatly between sizes, please order the biggest size needed and then specify in the comments section if you’d like any small alterations to be made, e.g., a smaller waistband,
