These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website, operated by Wombat & Rose Handmade.

1. DEFINITIONS

  • “We”, “us”, “our” refers to Wombat and Rose Handmade.

  • “You”, “your” refers to users, customers, or visitors of our website.

  • “Products” refers to all items sold on this website, including handmade garments, fabrics, sewing supplies, and digital downloads.

2. PRODUCTS AND ORDERS

  • All products are handmade or curated with care. Minor variations in colour, sizing, or finishes may occur.

  • By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including but not limited to stock availability or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. PRICING AND PAYMENT

  • All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • Pre-order turn around time will vary depending on current demand and fabric printer despatch times.

  • Orders will be posted to customers via 48hr or 24hr tracked services within 2 days of order completion.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by external postal services or customs.

5. RETRURNS AND EXCHANGES

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, providing that you return the item(s) in the same condition as received, i.e. not washed, worn, or damaged, and are of standard sizing only (no custom alterations to sizing were made). The customer is responsible for covering postage costs for returns due to change of mind.

  • In the unlikely event that any items in your order arrive damaged or faulty, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and state the issue. Items must then be posted back to us via a tracked service within 14 days in the condition you received them (not washed or worn). In this instance, we will cover the postage cost.

  • Please send clear photographs if there are any issues or damage to your items to wombatandrosehandmade@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • In this instance, we will offer to rectify the issue or provide a full refund, minus any postage costs paid.

6. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

  • All digital downloads are for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or commercial use without permission is prohibited.

  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary software or hardware to open digital files.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All content on this website, including images, logos, designs, and text, are the intellectual property of Wombat and Rose Handmade unless otherwise stated.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our website or products, including indirect or consequential damages.

9. PRIVACY

  • Please refer to our Privacy Notice for information on how we collect and use personal data.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting on the website.

11. GOVERNING LAW

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be resolved under these laws.
