At checkout you will be able to choose from 48h or 24hr tracked delivery via Royal Mail.
You are also welcome to select free local pickup from RG22.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, providing that you return the item(s) in the same condition as received, i.e. not washed, worn or damaged, and are of standard sizing only (no custom alterations to sizing were made). The customer is responsible for covering postage costs for returns due to change of mind.
In the unlikely event that any items in your order arrive damaged/faulty, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and state the issue. Items must then be posted back to us via a tracked service within 14 days in the condition you received it in (not washed or worn). In this instance, we will cover the postage cost.
Please send clear photographs if there are any issues or damage to your items to wombatandrosehandmade@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
In this instance we will offer to rectify the issue or offer a full refund, minus any postage costs paid.
Our lounge sets are made from organic ribbed cotton jersey
This is a soft, stretchy fabric made from organically grown cotton, with a textured ribbed finish that gives it extra comfort and flexibility. It’s breathable, gentle on skin and perfect for everyday clothing.
Please refer to size chart when selecting which size to order. If your child is between sizes, I would always recommend sizing up.
If your child's measurements vary greatly between sizes, please order the biggest size needed and then specify in the comments section if you’d like any small alterations to be made, e.g., a smaller waistband,If you need any further guidance, please don't hesitate to contact me.
